Terms, refunds and privacy

Last updated October 14, 2026. ATX Signals is operated by Liam Olse, 3012 Tom Miller St, Austin, TX 78723. Contact: liam@atxsignals.com.

What you get

A subscription to lists built from public records (City of Austin permits and plan review records; Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission license applications), filtered and delivered by email with a spreadsheet. We do our best to keep lists accurate and timely, but the records come from government sources, and we do not guarantee that any listing will result in work.

Free trial, billing and cancellation

The free trial lasts 2 weeks and needs no card. It does not turn into a paid plan unless you choose to subscribe.
Paid plans are $49 per month plus applicable Texas sales tax, billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
Cancel any time by emailing us or replying to any edition. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of a charge and we will refund that month in full.

How you may use the lists

Use the lists to contact builders and businesses about your own products and services, by phone call or email, following applicable law (including the federal CAN-SPAM Act).
Do not send marketing text messages to numbers from the lists, and do not resell or republish the lists.

Privacy

We keep your name, business, email address, coverage area and billing records so we can deliver the service. We do not sell your information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Ask us any time to see or delete your information.

Email from us

If we emailed you and you would rather not hear from us, reply "no thanks" or email us and we will not contact you again.
